  My husband and I have been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time, and after reading the reviews and looking for someplace special for New Year's Eve dinner, we decided to try the Cauldron. The dining experience was phenomenal. Our waitress Marina (one of the co-owners) was excellent. She described every special in great detail, and answered all our questions with no problems. We started with the French Onion Soup. It was light and sweet, a very different take on your usual French Onion. It was so delicious, I kept wanting more even though the soup comes served in a large bowl. My husband ordered the Stuffed Chicken special. The piece of meat was enormous and came stuffed with cream cheese and was covered in a walnut sauce. I ordered the Pollo e Piselli Marsala. Fresh ingredients, expertly cooked and plated, my meal was one of the best I have ever had. My husband agreed - his chicken was superb. Our desserts were equally outstanding. I had the tiramisu and my husband had the Brownie a la Mode. The tiramisu was light and not heavy with coffee liqueur and marscapone cheese - it was more of a sponge cake with the cheese and cocoa powder whipped together to top the cake. The fudgy brownie was huge, topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and served on top of a block of Himalayan sea salt. I had gastric bypass surgery several years ago, so there's not a lot of food I no longer enjoy and there are many meals that go unfinished or take home in a doggy bag. I ate almost all the soup, at least 1/3 of the entree and most of the dessert in addition to having an Amaretto and 7. Meals like this are far and few between, so do not miss the opportunity to eat here. Your stomach will thank you a million times over.

  As a person that is difficult to please, this place surprised me. I was blown away by the knowledge of my server and her willingness to please her guests. The food was top notch, full of beautiful flavor and came in incredible portion sizes. Without a doubt, we will be coming back!! Thank you for such a wonderful evening out!
